The Titleist AP1 710 irons are constructed of a 431 cast stainless steel body, with a tungsten-nickel sole, and a co-molded elastomer/aluminum cavity plate. It builds on the success and technology of the AP1 with a new Tuned Feel System, an elastomer/aluminum co-molded medallion in the cavity, specifically designed to improve feel and sound, as well as the face thickness being reduced to provide increased stability and feel.
