Unlike BackMarket, who’s seller shipped me a beat up laptop that looked like Bobofet after battle and had broken keys on the pad, my Reebelo purchase arrived wrapped in sturdy intense wrapping that could swaddle a newborn child. It was packed and shipped with such care, and the MacBookPro inside is flawless and running beautifully. Additionally, were I to have had an issue, I’m sure Reebelo would have handled it with concern and urgency. Back Market did not. They accepted no responsibility in any way, passed the buck, and were generally unhelpful. Back Market has lost our business to Reebelo.
