I was pleased with the price and speed of delivery.  However,  the kicker was the phone itself. I was willing to accept a few minor cosmetic flaws, but this phone was in fantastic shape! I did not have to pay for premium, it just looks like I did! 
I was very happy with the cost of the extended warranty.  I keep my phone longer than a lot of people. The warranty was important to me. So 10 out of 10 would recommend.  I will review again if I use the warranty.
