Purchase was easy and smooth. Shipping not so much, was given a much sooner date but the item do not arrive til about 6 days after the original delivery date provided. Item came a lil banged up and that wasn’t a big issue for me but once i opened the phone i noticed more major issues than minor. Good thing the warranty and return policy is in place.
