Ordered a phone. Never had an arrival date until 2 days before arrival. Product is good &  doing the job as expected 

Products arriving on time

The original phone I wanted showed as in stock. It let me get thru the entire order process up to review before paying. The website removed the phone from the order, but still showed the warranty package. Very strange. So I stop there and send an email to find out whether this phone or another similar was available. There was no phone number listed in contact info. I wait thru the next day for a reply and go back to the site in the mean time. I find a similar model that was in better condition at a slightly higher price. Ok, great! I empty my cart and attempt to order that phone. The order appears to go thru, but I wasn't getting confirmation of the sale. Hmm? I finally get a response from a sales rep and she was great! She said the original phone that self removed from cart shows as available and to try again. Well I say, I ordered a different but similar one and the sale is not confirming. I was getting frustrated because it shouldn't be this hard. She confirms the order was received and shortly thereafter I get a pay pal confirmation. The free shipping, which is a great benefit, showed approx arrival as Thursday. Then it updates and says Friday. Mind you, the shipping company was Fed Ex, which has a bad track record with me. This phone is a gift to a friend so I was trying to pick a date to help him transfer from his mostly dead old phone. So we plan for Friday night, only to then get a fed ex update that it will now be Monday! 😠 I did email respond to  Reebelo from my earlier contact to suggest other shipping options like USPS or UPS. I acknowledge that the shipping issues were not the fault of Reebelo! However, the only negative thing about the purchase, besides the website, is there are no instructions for transferring your data or setting up your new phone. My last purchase I seem to recall a website or URLs for different types of phones. (IPhone, Android, etc) My last purchase did not involve customer service amd the product was as described. This time it was also exactly what I expected product wise, however due to ordering problems I did have the pleasure of dealing with Jen from customer service. She was informative, sympathetic and helpful. Fix the website latency and my review would be 5 stars. I will absolutely return here for my next re-manufactured phone. 🙂
