Are brand-new devices really new?

Yes, our brand new devices come in a factory-sealed box and a 12-month standard warranty.

What does refurbished mean?

Refurbished products are fully functional, original pre-owned devices. Our American refurbishing partners buy used devices, test more than 40+ quality checkpoints and ensure that they are in perfect working condition before shipping them. All devices come with a limited warranty, so you can buy them with peace of mind. Like new, but better!

What’s included in the box?

Our brand new devices come in an original, sealed box with all the originally supplied accessories. All of our refurbished devices come with a charging cable and all the accessories needed to properly function (Remotes for TVs and gaming consoles, mouse and keyboard for desktops, etc.) and are safely packaged in a plain box (for sanitary reasons, we do not include earphones).

How is the battery power?

Pre-loved products that include batteries guarantee at least 80% of their maximum capacity charge. For brand new devices, batteries are of course new. If you face any battery problems during your warranty period, don't hesitate to contact us; we will be happy to help.

Why does the same device have different prices?

We are an online marketplace and work with several trusted vendors to ensure you always find the best price. Our certified vendors ensure that all devices sold are fully functional and according to our specifications. As the vendor decides the price, you will sometimes find similar models for different prices - go for the best deal and buy with peace of mind!

Do all devices work in the US?

All of our devices are network unlocked and can be used on any network in the US.

Can I see a picture before purchasing?

Due to the large number of devices sold at Reebelo, we can't provide pictures for each device. That being said, Rest assured that if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can count on our customer service team to help you overcome any concerns or use the included 30-day return policy for any device.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free shipping anywhere in the United States of America. Small and mid-size items ship within 1 business day after you place your order and are scheduled to be delivered within the following 2 business days (3 business days total), while large items ship within 2 business days and are scheduled to be delivered within the following 5 business days (7 business days total). Please note that once we ship your order, we don’t have any control over any delays in transit. That being said, our customer service team will be happy to help you track your order and resolve any issue with the shipping provider if you ever need it.

How can I track my order?

We will provide your tracking number via email as soon as it’s available.

Can Reebelo ship overseas?

Currently, we only ship devices within the United States.

What is Reebelo's Warranty Policy?

Each device order comes with up to a 12-month free warranty. Our warranty covers all product defects, including hardware and software, during the warranty period. This also includes significant product differences from what was initially ordered during delivery. During the warranty period, customers may get repairs and replacements only. The warranty does not cover any damages caused by the customer, any other third party. This includes (and is not limited to) damage to the device caused by force, water, misuse, or any external factor.

What is Reebelo's Refund Policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in. New devices must also be in their original packaging with intact seals. We will initiate the full refund within 48 business hours after we received and inspected the item. If there are obvious signs of use or damage, our product team reserves the right to refuse the return and ship the device back to you. This helps us protect all devices from misuse and guarantee our customers the best quality possible and the best price. Please note that depending on your bank, It might take several more days until the refund is reflected on your account. In case it isn’t shown 30 business days after you received the refund notification, please get in touch with us via email to support@reebelo.com.
