30-Days Free Returns

Your satisfaction is essential to us. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you change your mind, you can return your device for free. Please get in touch with our customer service team within 30 days after the delivery date to receive your prepaid return label. We cannot consider refund claims outside this timeframe.

For pre-owned devices, you can return your undamaged device within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition it was purchased, be free of any passcodes and iCloud/Google accounts as well as any software lock (iCloud/passcode/SIM Lock. etc.) and include all accessories it came with. If the inspection finds obvious signs of use or the device was damaged after the delivery, no refunds will be granted and we’ll send the device back to you.

For Brand New devices, you can return your unopened & undamaged device within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. Please note that we only accept unopened and sealed devices in the original packaging. If the device was opened or damaged after receipt, no refunds will be granted and we’ll send the device back to you.

If the device arrives damaged, you must report the issue as soon as possible, within a maximum of 4 business days following delivery, for us to consider the claim. Please provide images of the item and the packaging so we can determine how to avoid this in the future.

Fashion 14-Days Returns

At Reebelo, we want you to shop with confidence! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective fashion merchandise within our 14-day return window. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the item(s) delivery date.

For fashion merchandise, when using our prepaid return label, a $7.95 USD shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund for each shipment you return.
If your order included items from multiple vendors or was delivered in multiple shipments, a separate $7.95 fee will apply to each return shipment.

This fee helps cover shipping and processing while allowing us to continue offering great deals on high-quality, sustainable products.

Rest assured, all items remain covered under our quality guarantee, ensuring you receive products that meet our high standards.

Up to 12 Months Warranty

Reebelo is fully confident in the devices we offer for sale – that’s why every device comes with a free up to 12-Month Vendor Warranty. Depending on the device type, the Warranty is provided either by the manufacturer or by the vendor that sold you the item

The Warranty covers all hardware and software defects or failures, provided that the device has no identifiable physical or water damage. In other words, the Warranty is limited to operational and functional defects encountered in normal use of the device. 

The Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from the device being misused or mishandled, including drops, spills, pressure or if the item has been opened for repair or diagnosis by anyone other than the vendor. 

The Warranty also does not cover cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and tear. For example, for Galaxy Z Fold devices, as the standard Samsung warranty excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse, then scratches, creases or other cosmetic damage to the screen due to folding and unfolding are also not covered by the Warranty.

If the device is returned to the vendor and proven by their technicians to be defective, then depending on the device and defect circumstances, at their discretion, they will either provide a replacement of the same model and cosmetic condition, or provide a refund (to your original form of payment) equal to the device value. 

If during the defect inspection, the vendor observes that the device has been broken, water damaged, opened by a third party, or shows signs of impact due to a fall/drop, the Warranty will become void. In such cases, Reebelo can offer a repair service, but the associated costs will be borne by you. 

It is recommended to let us know as soon as a defect appears. If reports are not made in a timely manner, your claim may be rejected and the vendor may not be obligated to replace or refund your item.

ReebeloCare Device Protection

Every product purchased on Reebelo comes with up to a 12-month warranty that covers your device from manufacturing/refurbishing defects and electrical & mechanical failures. ReebeloCare is an optional product that covers physical and liquid damage from handling that is not covered by the 12-month warranty. 

What's covered?

  • Damage caused by drops, spills, liquids, mishandling, and cracks.
  • Damage not covered by an existing warranty.
  • Replacements, delivery, call-outs and installation are all included up to the cover limit.
  • This protection extends and expands the existing Reebelo or Manufacturer warranties for a total of 24 Months, if you purchase the 24-month plan.

With ReebeloCare, you are entitled to unlimited repairs up to the purchase price of your protected device. In the event that your device cannot be repaired, you will receive a cash reimbursement up to the device purchase price. A service fee of $50 will be collected from you once your claim has been approved.

What's not covered?

  • Wear and tear and cosmetic damages that do not affect the device’s functionality
  • Damages arising out of negligence or intentional malpractice
  • Loss/deletion/corruption of any data stored on the device
  • Loss/stolen devices

How does it work?
If your device gets damaged, please report the incident to us within 30 days by logging into your Reebelo account. Once your claim has been approved, we’ll email you the instructions to have your device sent to the nearest repair center, which you can change if needed. You can also send your device by mail, but the repair process may take longer. Please follow the instructions in the email to change your preferred method of sending your device to the repair center.

When you or your device arrives at the repair center, you'll need to pay a $50 service fee to start the repair. For common issues with available parts, repairs usually take between 24-48 hours. If your device can't be fixed, we'll let you know and offer you a cash reimbursement up to the price you paid for the device less the Service Fee.

You will be notified via email at every step of the process.

How to make a claim?

  • Step 1: Log in or create a Reebelo account using the email used to purchase the product.
  • Step 2: Head over to “My orders''. Identify the product you’re having issues with and click “Warranty Claim”.
  • Step 3: Complete the claim form with as much detail as possible.
  • Step 4: Finish!

Partial Refunds

In order to prevent a complete return or cancellation of the order, Reebelo may from time to time, and at its sole discretion, offer the customer a partial refund solution where applicable.
