OVERVIEW:
Featuring several key updates including 9 bar extractions and a polished steel group cover, the Gaggia Classic Evo Pro took feedback from home baristas seriously. Still made in Italy and housed in a one-piece steel frame, the Gaggia Classic Evo Pro’s 3-Way Solenoid Valve, commercial 58mm portafilter, and steam wand are the perfect tools to start your espresso journey.
KEY FEATURES:
9 Bar Extractions. A highly requested update among specialty coffee enthusiasts, the North American version of the Classic Evo Pro extracts coffee at 9 bar of pressure thanks to an update to the OPV. As a result, the brew profiles on the Classic Evo Pro are in line with those found on prosumer home espresso machines.
Inert Anti-Scale Boiler Coating. To protect against scale buildup the boiler in the Classic Evo Pro now features a food safe, inert nonstick coating. The coating serves to protect the boiler and increase the longevity of the machine by preventing the formation of limestone.
One-Piece Steel Frame. The Classic Evo Pro is housed in a single stainless frame made of solid metal with no plastic or veneer to be found. With a sleek contour that matches the curve of the drip tray and recessed sides for easy access to the water reservoir the housing perfectly blends form and function.
Improved Internal Design. For improved serviceability and stability, the new group cover assembly also features an updated mounting plate to better support the pump and boiler.
Commercial Steam Wand. A long-awaited update, the commercial steam wand gives you full control over milk frothing. The Classic Evo Pro's impressive steam power allows you to produce perfectly textured milk for latte art.
Stainless Steel Components. To improve the luster and durability of the brew group without sacrificing quality, Gaggia designed a polished stainless steel group cover that now surrounds the brass brew group. The portafilters have also been updated to stainless steel with better polishing and no visible mill marks.
