Outfitted with SmartTemp Technology, this griddle offers a precise Digital Temperature Display and Thermostat Temperature Control to help you accurately maintain exact cooking temperatures in 25 increments. The griddle's SmartTemp burner provides up to 15,500 BTU of cooking power under its 16"L x 16.5"W oil-treated steel cooking surface. A portable design that's easy to bring along, this griddle still offers 264 sq. in. of cooking area so you can cook up entire meals. This high-performance portable cooking machine also features an integrated cooktop leveling system to easily level or angle the griddle top to direct grease to the drain hole. A built-in cooktop locking system provides increased stability. Designed to run on 1-lb. disposable propane cylinders, the SmartTemp Tabletop Griddle can be set up to use a 20-lb. propane tank with adapter (sold separately). SureSpark electronic ignition for easy starting. Uses 2 D-cell batteries (included) for Smart Temp System and 1 AA battery (included) for SureSpark electronic ignition. Comes with: power adapter, paper towel holder, and trash bag holder.
