I ordered an iPhone from Reebelo, and overall the ordering and dispatch process was smooth, with the item shipped on time. Unfortunately, the parcel was lost in transit by Australia Post, which caused a significant delay.

I contacted Reebelo customer service and found them to be responsive and helpful throughout the process. However, they were unable to take further action until Australia Post officially declared the parcel as lost, which took almost three weeks.

Once the parcel was confirmed lost, and at my request, Reebelo promptly arranged a replacement phone, which was dispatched within 3 days.

While I appreciate the effective communication and eventual resolution, the overall process took close to a month, which was quite frustrating hence the 3 stars
