Overall easy, fast shipping, recently reviewed item so tbd on lasting quality. I purchased the extended warranty and I couldn’t find the terms as they weren’t automatically sent to me, nor easily found on the website. I sent a message to customer service and their reply was inaccurate (they said I had the standard 12 mo warranty when I def purchased the 24 month warranty) but the link they sent me did have the info I was looking for. Idk if it’s just what the agent had access to for my account or if it was just a robot/AI responding to me, but def docking a star for that. Reason other reviews, similar issues have been common
