Bought my phone from them a year ago and it's been exactly the same quality as a brand new one would have been, at a better price. They're a brand bettering for the environment, easy to order from, and I've had no issues. My only critique is the filter function on the website is clunky, which makes the initial experience of searching for the right product frustrating.
